The WWE made a big play in 2014 when they announced that they would be creating their own network called The WWE Network which would allow their users to watch all the WWE content, plus new exclusive content for a monthly fee. The WWE fans loved this idea! Soon after, the WWE Network was on all major platforms including Roku. Roku is a very underpowered device that can't handle many processes which makes designing for Roku challenging. With the WWE team, we stretch the capabilities of Roku to its brink and created a very compelling way to consume all the great WWE Network content.
